Return and Refund policy
Eligibility for returns & replacement

Customers have the right to return or replace any purchased items within 7 days of receipt if they are defective, or damaged, or if an incorrect product was received.

Items must be in their original condition, including original packaging, unused, and with all tags still attached to qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items are not eligible for return or replacement, if products have been used, or damaged by the customer.
Process

Initiation: Contact our customer support at support@sattvagem.com with your order details and the issue (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

Approval: Await confirmation and approval from our team. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping: Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by Sattvagem to your return package and drop it off at the designated shipping center.

Refund: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Replacement: If the customer has chosen a replacement, it will be shipped once we have received the product. We generally ship within 4 days from the date of receiving the product.
